Christine was our realtor recently when wed sold our home in Conifer. My wife and I have been involved in a number of residential real estate sales in Colorado and Illinois and without question Christin did a terrific job both in terms if 'going the extra mile' to make sure the home was presented most appropriately to potential buyers and their realtors. The Conifer real estate market this past year was very soft and Christine was constantly giving us suggestions on how to get buyers in the door. She spent an inordinate amount of time on our listing right up to the closing and was personally knowledgeable regarding the competing listed properties. Our primary residence is not in Colorado and Christine handled may 'sellers' responsibilities that we were not there to take care of. She was always patient, accommodating, and very willing to jump in and do whatever was necessary to get the job done.

Christine, lives in the community and offered suggestions for tradesmen to validate or refute items identified in the inspection report.. She definitely is hands on and willing to roll up her sleeves to make the sale a reality. We would highly recommend her.
